Delivery and shipping

1. TMMA CROSSBRAZE will send your order by means of Österreichische Post only. Shipping costs are for the account of the customer. Costs for packaging are included in the costs for shipping.

2. If you order more than one article and the specified time to delivery differs, the longest specified shipping time is valid. TMMA CROSSBRAZE will send your order as one single package, that is to say for more than one article too. Multiple packets for one order are debarred (Exception: prior agreement with the customer).

3. From an order value of 100,00 Euro on shipping is for free.

4. Please read the exact costs on the first page of the checkout-process (click on "Check out" in your shopping cart) under "Delivery method".

5. The customer is bound to check the order immediately after it has been delivered! TMMA CROSSBRAZE can not be held responsible for damages in transit. If you have received a wrong packet/article, please contact us immediately by using the contact form. TMMA CROSSBRAZE will not accept costs for returns, which are generated due to wrong/mistaken orders and/or cancellation.
