This privacy policy is an integral part of all agreements and offered services within the scope of the project TMMA CROSSBRAZE, provided by TMMA Multimedia Agency Theinschnack, Hörgasstraße 30, A-8582 Rosental a.d.K., Austria, subsequently named “TMMA CROSSBRAZE”.

1. Data communication

1.1. TMMA CROSSBRAZE transfers sensitive information and data exclusively within and by means of the domain tmma.at. The usage of other domains is hereby excluded and declared as not related to the TMMA CROSSBRAZE System. The pages of the external payment providers are dealt with as an exception.

1.2. It is known to the customer that it is possible for all participants to get access to data transmitted via the Internet without permission. This risk is borne by the customer.

1.3. TMMA CROSSBRAZE is neither responsible for the availability of the Internet, nor for intermittent or defective data communication, or for the content of linked websites.

2. Data security

2.1. If the data is transmitted to the TMMA CROSSBRAZE System, the customer ensures to make backups of the data. In the case of data loss, either on the TMMA CROSSBRAZE side or on the customer side, the customer is not eligible for a cost-free recovery of stored data and/or information, compensation or regress.

2.2. In the case of registration of a customer (necessary to use the services), the customer obtains access data to log on the TMMA CROSSBRAZE System. The customer is obligated to keep this data in confidence and is liable for any abuse emerging from unauthorized use of the access data.

2.3. Various customer-specific settings for the TMMA CROSSBRAZE services are configured online. The transmission of data as mentioned above is conducted over the Internet and therefore at the customer’s own risk and without any guarantee from TMMA CROSSBRAZE. This data is valid from the time of receipt and is used for services and general business until new data has been received via the Internet. Possible delays in this connection are due to technical issues and are not seen defects of the COVESCO System.

3. Backup

3.1. TMMA CROSSBRAZE stores digital backups of the TMMA CROSSBRAZE System in regular intervals, particularly backups of the stored data and information.

3.2. Due to the nature of digital storage media and digital data, and the possibility to use the system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, TMMA CROSSBRAZE does not warrant a hundred per cent data security.

3.3. TMMA CROSSBRAZE can not be hold responsible for a full or partial data loss, which is not caused by TMMA CROSSBRAZE, legal representatives of COVESCO or assistants of COVESCO acting in a grossly negligent or deliberate way.

4. Data privacy

4.1. TMMA CROSSBRAZE indicates clearly that personal data are stored during the implementation of the contract, and that they are occasionally forwarded in the necessary scope to TMMA CROSSBRAZE-partners, assistants and service providers.

4.2. The forwarding of data and information to not mentioned or uninvolved third parties is hereby not permitted.

5. Recording of user data for analysing purposes

5.1 TMMA CROSSBRAZE uses the service Google Analytics for recording user behaviour. Recorded data are used internally, for analysing and evaluation purposes, only.

5.2 The forwarding or publishing of recorded data by means of Google Analytics to not mentioned or uninvolved third parties is hereby not permitted, except data have been anonymized.

5.3 By using the TMMA CROSSBRAZE-System and a possible registration as an user the customer explicitly agrees to the recording of his/her data by means of Google Analytics.
